AI skills for the whole team

AI training for teams

Most teams already have access to AI tools, and few use them well. We run a training programme over several weeks where each participant practises on their own tasks, hands in an assignment every week and gets written feedback on every one.

What the programme should leave behind

A one-off webinar gives people ideas and little else. Skills stick when people use the tools on their own work, week after week, and someone checks the result, so that is how the programme is built. If you are unsure where to begin, the AI readiness assessment gives you a quick picture first.

  • Employees who pick the right tool for a task and write instructions that get usable answers.
  • A habit of checking AI output for errors before it reaches a customer or a report.
  • Clear rules on what may and may not be pasted into a public AI tool.
  • Reusable workflows and prompt templates for the team’s most common tasks.

What you get

Each of these is a document or a setup your team can use, handed over in order of priority.

  • Skills baseline

A short survey and a look at real tasks before the start, so the programme fits the level of the group.

  • Tracks by role

Exercises for sales, marketing, customer service, finance or management, chosen by who takes part.

  • Live sessions

Online or on site, with time to work on real cases during the session.

  • Weekly assignments with feedback

Each assignment is built from a participant’s real work. We review every submission and return written feedback.

  • Scores and a progress record

A score for each assignment and a running record, so every participant can see where they have improved.

  • Team report

At the end the manager gets a team-level report: what the group can do now, where the gaps are and what to train next.

Also covered

  • Choosing between ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini and specialised tools
  • Writing instructions and prompts
  • Checking AI output for errors and invented facts
  • Data protection and what stays out of public tools
  • Drafting or updating the company’s AI guidelines
  • Prompt templates for recurring tasks
  • Workflows that combine several tools
  • Tracks for sales, marketing and customer service
  • Tracks for finance and management
  • Sessions in English or Norwegian
How it works

How an engagement runs

We work in short iterations and keep a log of what we tested, so you can follow every decision.

  1. Step 1: Map the work and the level

Before the first session we look at which tasks take the team’s time and how people use AI today. We agree on goals with the manager and set up the tracks.

    • A short survey for each participant
    • Examples of real tasks from each role
    • Agreed goals and a programme plan
  2. Step 2: Learn, practise and get feedback

Each week has one live session and one assignment. Participants solve the assignment on their own work, and we review every submission and send back written feedback and a score.

    • Choosing the right tool for the task
    • Writing clear instructions and checking the answer
    • Data protection: what never goes into a public tool
    • Building workflows the team can reuse
  3. Step 3: Wrap up and hand over

In the final week each participant presents a workflow they now use in their job. The manager gets the team report, and the team keeps the templates and material.

    • A final assignment on a workflow from their own job
    • Team report for the manager
    • Templates and material the team keeps

Take the AI readiness assessment

Why a programme and not a one-off course

A half-day course shows what the tools can do. A week later most people are back to their old routines, because nobody asked them to use the tools on a real task and nobody checked the result.

The programme spreads the learning over several weeks. Each assignment comes from the participant’s own work: a sales email, a reply to a customer, a monthly report, a budget note. We review it and give feedback, and the next assignment builds on what the person found hard.

Data protection comes up every week. Participants learn which information may go into which tool, how the company’s own licences differ from free public versions, and what to do when they are unsure. If you want AI running inside your own systems rather than in each person’s browser, that is our AI implementation work.

Questions we often get

If your question is not here, ask us directly.

How long does the programme last?

Typically 6–8 weeks, with one live session and one assignment each week. We set the length with you before the start, based on the group and the goals.

How much time does it take from each participant?

The weekly session plus the assignment. The assignment is built on a task the participant would do anyway, so most of the time goes into real work.

Who is it for?

Teams where people write, analyse, answer customers or prepare decisions. Nobody needs a technical background. We split people into tracks by role, so a controller and a sales rep do not get the same exercises.

How are the assignments scored?

Against a short set of criteria agreed at the start: is the result correct, was the right tool used, was sensitive information handled properly, and can the method be reused. The participant gets the score together with written feedback.

What does the manager see?

A report at team level at the end: progress across the group, common strengths and gaps, and what to train next. Individual scores are shared with the manager only if that is agreed with the participants before the start.

Which tools do you teach?

The ones your company already has licences for, or is considering. The principles carry over between ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini and most other tools.

How is it priced?

Each programme is quoted in euros after a short conversation about group size and goals. You see the full cost before anything starts.
